SALES KICK STARTER PROGRAMME

A group sales training and coaching programme designed to:

Over the 5 week programme we will work through:

- How to remove the fear from sales
The programme combines my experiences of best practice and experience from over 20 years of transforming sales – from start-ups through to leading global businesses. We will work in a compact cohort with no more than 6 people to ensure high quality discussion and good levels of intimacy with your business.
The programme includes a 1-2-1 coach led session at the start and on conclusion. The group sessions will be delivered via on-line video call. This mix of individual support and group cohort means you’ll receive a personalised coaching experience whilst benefitting from the learning that will come from working with your fellow cohort members.
Programme agenda:
- Week 0: 1-2-1 Introduction, orientation, and pre-work (1 hour) – to be arranged

- Week 1: Friday 9th Feb – Why people buy, defining your target market
- Week 2: Friday 16th Feb – Lead generation, creating opportunity
- Week 3: Friday 23rd Feb – Consultative Selling Fundamentals, building trust.
- Week 4: Friday 1st March – Pitching, proposals and sales enablement foundations
- Week 5: 1-2-1 Coaching session (90 mins) – to be arranged

- Be open to challenge and change in the way you think, act and behave with sales
- Be brave, this will stretch you and ask you to try new things
- Complete all the pre and prep work for each session (max 2 hours per week)
