Introducing Louis Fernandes
Louis has worked in:
- sales and marketing roles for over 30 years;
- technology and software sales for over 20; and
- revenue leadership roles for over 10.
He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Strategy.
His experience is broad and deep, including tech titans like SAP, SAS and HPE, as well as scale-ups like Basware, HRS and Uberall.
Leading teams ranging from 35 – 120 strong, with responsibility for revenues from €20M to €100M, Louis has held both GM/MD and VP Sales EMEA roles, so he well understands the challenges faced by our clients, their leaders and their sales people.

Louis already has a proven track record of transforming sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive sustainable, predictable, and profitable growth.
He has particular expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS) businesses, MarTech, FinTech, and Analytics.
He has also helped to scale organisations’ revenue via seed funding/Angel Investors, e.g. from Series B through Series C, optimized operational frameworks, and expanded high-growth businesses into new markets.
Companies’ major milestones that he’s supported include revenue increases of €30M+ within two years, average order value (AOV) improvements of over 60%, and customer satisfaction gains exemplified by a 76-point Net Promoter Score (NPS) rise.
