OMG: Best year ever!
Objective Management Group is the leading provider of:
- Sales Team Analyses;
- Salesperson Evaluations (for existing teams and the individuals within them); and
- Sales Candidate Assessments (to help source excellent new sales team members).
It services companies across 52 countries in varied industries, via OMG partners like Toggle Switch in the UK.
2024 was Objective Management Group’s best year ever. It made more revenue, assessed more sales people, and helped more companies than ever before.
To be awarded “outstanding” by such an outstanding company in their peak year yet, is a true honour.
Navigating transitions with aplomb
In terms of the positive impact of OMG’s products on Toggle Switch’s clients, one standout area was in respect of businesses undergoing major change following acquisition.
OMG’s Sales Effectiveness and Improvement Analysis provided clients’ leaders and owners with invaluable insights into what transformation amongst the sales teams could look like, including information on role alignment.
Moving forwards, it also inspired enthusiasm in building the “changed” programme.
As we move further into 2025, I’d love to help more companies who are undergoing transitions, whether this is due to acquisitions, mergers or internal re-organisations.
